The staff here is super helpful if you are looking for something a little bit different. There is something for everyone, and my kids really enjoy the koi ponds. They make every holiday special, and their merchandise selection is amazing.

Just a delightful place. Sometimes I just go to relax and look at the plants! I live in an apartment so I only look for houseplants, and Russell's always has something interesting that I'd never seen before. Lovely staff as well.

As others have said, the place is huge and the inventory is beyond comprehension. I swear, if Russell's doesn't carry it, then the plant doesn't exist! Even if you don't buy anything, this place is worth a visit. It's like visiting a garden museum!
